The Event's Two Hour Return Ratings

Updated: TV Ratings Monday: Non-'Event', 'The Event' Slides 26%; 'The Chicago Code' Steady; 'Harry's Law' Flat
TV By The Numbers has reported last night's rating for The Event, and the break hurt the ratings among the all-important adults 18-49 the most.  I have to agree with “what did they expect! It was off the air for over 3 months and they hardly promoted the return.”

So what does these mean for The Event?  I would have to say that season two is looking less likely at this point, but nothing is official yet, keep supporting the show that looks to be getting better and better.

Click the link above to read the full article, but I have included a portion of their article below which is about The Event below:
"The Event returned from hiatus in worse ratings shape than when it left.  Its 1.4 adults 18-49 rating was down 26 percent from the 1.9 rating for its previous episode in late November.  Clearly a victory for “out of sight, out of mind’ over “absence makes the heart grow fonder.”
Fans of The Event will cue the “what did they expect! It was off the air for over 3 months and they hardly promoted the return” music in the comments, while Chuck fans try to restrain themselves from smirking."
Thanks,
